Shipping / Refund Policy


Our return policy is 30 days money back on purchase price. Shipping cost will not be refund and return labels are customer responsibility. Unfortunately we can not offer a full refund or exchange after this period. 30 Days start from the date of purchase. Money will not be refunded if item is broken or maliciously damaged. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 333 H Street, Suite 5000, Chula Vista, California 91910. You should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not affiliated with any shipping company and the arrival of your return is not guaranteed. To complete your return please send an email with your order number as subject and tracking number as email body. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Any item not in its original packaging, damaged or with missing parts will result in a partial refund.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.( The only reason for rejection of refund is if item is excessively damaged, broken or has been more than 30 day trial period) If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund within 2 weeks or return, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve taken all of this steps and you still have not received your refund please contact us at with the subject “Refund Missing” and order number.

Replacement or Exchange

If you have received a damage item please call us or email us immediately to get it replaced. If damage happens under normal use please contact us by sending us an email with a picture of the damage item. We will asses the issue and try to resolve your problem. The only acceptable reason for exchange is if we have send the wrong color. We will also accept an exchange no later than 7 days of received item for a different color or item. Customer pays for return shipping.


Our products are shipped within 2 Days using the following carriers: USPS or FedEx standard shipping. Shipping is free inside of the United States and with purchase of 99dlls or more. Overnight shipping service is not available.
California add 9% of taxes. International shipping varies. Besides the cost and shipping you may have to pay import charges depending on your country, please see local law and regulations for more information. QuicStick does not pay import charges.
