Replacement or Exchange
If you have received a damage item please call us or email us immediately to get it replaced. If damage happens under normal use please contact us by sending us an email with a picture of the damage item. We will asses the issue and try to resolve your problem.
The only acceptable reason for exchange is if we have send the wrong color. We will also accept an exchange no later than 7 days of received item for a different color or item. Customer pays for return shipping.
Our products are shipped within 2 Days using the following carriers: USPS or FedEx standard shipping. Shipping is free inside of the United States and with purchase of 99dlls or more.
Overnight shipping service is not available.
California add 9% of taxes.
International shipping varies. Besides the cost and shipping you may have to pay import charges depending on your country, please see local law and regulations for more information. QuicStick does not pay import charges.
