good quality controls, easy to learnt

I got the push/pull hand controls. These are good quality and very easy to learn. I was pretty nervous because I live in a place with really tough driving conditions, but even after one day of practice, I felt comfortable enough to start driving with them on the road. I am taking driving lessons as well though. But they are very very easy and intuitive. Set-up is a bit tricky, and I think the instructions could be clearer. I took a star off because my shipment initially came with some parts missing despite doing expedited shipping, but I emailed the team and they got back to me within a day and shipped out the new parts, so it took an extra 5 days in total by the time that got delivered. I am really happy with the product, and feel so much more comfortable and safer on the road.

Works, but received slightly deformed product

The hand controls technically work, however the set I received had a deformed area where it looked like the plastic end cap had not been glued on at the correct angle. Not a safety problem, but definitely a significant annoyance. However, seeing the poor workmanship of that piece did make me question the workmanship of the entire product. Also, the instructions were literally worse than trying to read an IKEA instruction manual. I do, however, appreciate that they are portable and can be easily used in a rental if needed, as well as the fact that it had the option to purchase the adapter so that they could be used in foreign vehicles like my Hyundai.

Sent me the wrong item and still expect me to pay return shipping!? I do not recommend this company that only has a few products and can’t even send the right one 🤦‍♂️ highly disappointed. Will update this review if they contact me and make this right.

Update: customer service is pretty good they got back to me quickly and sent the correct one via 2 day shipping. Quality isn’t bad for what you pay and they work pretty good.
