    Works, but received slightly deformed product

    The hand controls technically work, however the set I received had a deformed area where it looked like the plastic end cap had not been glued on at the correct angle. Not a safety problem, but definitely a significant annoyance. However, seeing the poor workmanship of that piece did make me question the workmanship of the entire product. Also, the instructions were literally worse than trying to read an IKEA instruction manual. I do, however, appreciate that they are portable and can be easily used in a rental if needed, as well as the fact that it had the option to purchase the adapter so that they could be used in foreign vehicles like my Hyundai.

    Sent me the wrong item and still expect me to pay return shipping!? I do not recommend this company that only has a few products and can’t even send the right one 🤦‍♂️ highly disappointed. Will update this review if they contact me and make this right.

    Update: customer service is pretty good they got back to me quickly and sent the correct one via 2 day shipping. Quality isn’t bad for what you pay and they work pretty good.
