Shipping / Refund Policy


Our refund policy is 30 days money back on purchase price. Shipping cost will not be refund and return labels will not be given.Return is paid by buyer. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. 30 Days start from the date of purchase.Money will not be refund if item is broken or maliciously scratched.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:333 H Street, Suite 5000, Chula Vista, 91910. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To complete your return, we require a request by sendind an email to Customrservice@QuicStick.com. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or without consent.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Our products are shipped within 2 Days using the following carriers: USPS or FedEx standard shipping. Shipping is free inside of the United States.Express shipping service is available, this service will cost an extra $70. California add 9% of taxes. Out of the country shipping rate is $65. Besides the cost and shipping you may have to pay import charges. Charges varies depending on country. QuicStick will not pay for import charges.
